| Conversion of an Air Force Officer's
Club into a Center for Community Health- Nelson Associates provided
the following services: A Building Conditions Survey, Feasibility
Study, Program Study/Needs Assessment, planning, and full architectural
and engineering services for interior renovations. There were
HVAC upgrades to accommodate increased cooling and air filtration
quality in specialty spaces. Technology upgrades were made throughout.
The program study included the following specialty medical suites:
Dialysis, Centrex Lab, Physical Therapy, Urgent Care, Radiology,
Radiation Therapy and physicians' offices. Other areas renovated
were reception areas, staff lounges, toilet facilities, record
storage and other support spaces and common areas. There were
eight (8) different Owners involved in the programming and layout
of the 50,000 SF facility. The total project cost was $3 million.
The building was renovated in 1999 and 2001. |
