Three dimensional (3D) computer modeling was used to give the Owner the opportunity to take a "virtual walk" through the new building before a single block was laid.

Nelson Associates provided the professional architectural and engineering design services, and construction administration for the new corporate offices and technology laboratory. Nelson Associates’ staff worked closely with the Owner to develop a state-of-the-art design that will accommodate the needs of the expanding computer software business.

Nelson Associates also did the planning and preliminary layout and siting of the "technology park" within the Griffiss Business Park.
