Lutheran Care Ministries Network, Inc., Clinton, NY Skilled Nursing Facility Renovation and Addition

Nelson Associates provided full architectural and engineering services for the renovations and addition to the existing skilled nursing facility.

The project was completed in 2001 and had a construction budget of $1.3 million.

Work included A building systems evaluation, space planning and programming, cost estimating, design and materials selection for the Occupational and Physical Therapy, Administration, and Social Services Departments.

The new Physical Therapy Department features a hydro-therapy pool with accessible bathroom and locker facilities.

Engineering services included structural, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

There were no interruptions of Owner operations and all change orders totaled 1%.
