		Pictured above and left are views of the new Executive Board Room. The custom table has data ports installed at each seat. The room was designed using the latest technology which allows video conferencing between the corporate headquarters and branch banks.

Planning and programming looked at existing departments, programming, functions, staffing, and square footage to determine existing and future growth needs. Programming interviews were conducted to identify departmental adjacency requirements, space needs, and public access /visibility needs for the various departments. This information was used to develop a Master Plan for the renovations.

A building and systems analysis was conducted which included a codes review and ADA evaluation, and full A/E systems evaluation. Off-site building assessments, and renovations to relocate the Operations Center was part of the Scope of Services.

Nelson Associates provided a full spectrum of architectural and engineering services for the corporate renovations. Work was phased over 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004.
