Nelson Associates provided architectural and engineering services for the conversion and renovation of a former grocery store into the NBT Bancorp Inc. Operations Center. The work for the approximately 22,500 square foot building included asbestos abatement, demolition, general construction of exterior and interior finishes, roofing upgrades, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, data upgrades, and electrical redistribution for the new arrangement.

Interior spaces included manager offices, cubical style spaces for service and support staff, and a specialized computer and server room to serve the entire NBT/CNB/PenStar conglomerate.

Exterior work include window and facade enhancements, parking lot, and exterior lighting.
