Renovation of the historic Sage Hall

Nelson Associates was part of the engineering team that renovated the Victorian Gothic structure, Sage Hall. The building, which was built in the 1870’s, had a complete renovation and restoration back to its original splendor.

Nelson Associates’ responsibilities included planning and directing the demolition of the old wood framed interior structure in preparation for construction of a new steel framed core. The construction budget was approximately $25,000,000.
