Historic Stanley Performing Arts Center Renovations

 The historic Stanley Theater in downtown Utica, NY. Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering provided the design and engineering, preparation of Construction Documents, Bidding services, and construction administration for  bathroom renovations and restoration of the historic balconyin the historic theater. The work included theater lighting retrofits and plaster restoration.

The Restored Proscenium Arch

A team member holds individual experience as the project manager for the plaster restoration of the Proscenium Arch as well as dutch metal restoration. Work also included exterior facade restoration of the office areas above the marché- window and trim cresting.
