Nelson Associates provided full architectural and engineering services for renovation of an historic structure. Space planning and program analysis involved the following County Departments relocating to the Union Station: Oneida County Board of Elections, Oneida County Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Oneida County Department of Planning. Phases: Planning, programming, and Schematic design; final design and Construction Documents; Bidding services; and construction administration services. Services: Planning, cost estimation, value engineering, interior design, finishes selection, Codes review, building systems review, mechanical and electrical upgrades, asbestos abatement, and data and telecommunication engineering. |
