Roger Berkley, ACHE
Mr. Berkley is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations in the fields of hospital administration and healthcare consulting. He is currently the owner and President of PRN Rehabilitation Network and Executive Vice President and Partner with Paxxon Healthcare Services. Paxxon is a full service rehabilitation company that provides staffing, consulting, contract management, and outpatient care in centers throughout metropolitan New York City, Long Island, and Connecticut. Mr. Berkley received his undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and his Masters Degree in Management Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Berkley is a Diplomat in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Roger resides in Mt. Sinai, New York, with his wife Joan.
Ray S. Messenger
Mr. Messenger is a Retired Episcopal Priest and former Rector of St. James Episcopal Church in Clinton, New York. Mr. Messenger was previously employed by Eastman Kodak as a Program Manager. Ray received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worchester Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Messenger resides in Moravia, New York, with his wife Susan.
Nancy Taylor
Ms. Nancy Taylor has recently retired as the Vice President of Human Resources at Harden Furniture, Inc. and holds a Master of Science Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University. In addition to volunteering as a Nelson Associates Advisor, Nancy is currently a Hospital Trustee for Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare, a current Board Member of the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison Workforce Investment Board, a Member of the the Sturgess Manufacturing Board of Directors, a Past President and Board Chair of the American Furniture Manufacturers Association HR/Safety Division, a Past President of Cornell Cooperative Extension, and Past Warden of St. James Episcopal Church. Ms. Taylor resides in Clinton, New York, with her husband George.
Dr. James B. Torrance
Dr. Torrance is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Operation Officer for the Magellan Foundation. He was the past Superintendent of Schools for the Clinton Central School District. James holds a Doctorate Degree and Master of Science Degree from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Rochester. Dr. Torrance resides in Delmar, New York, with his wife Ann.
